Prorexin Membership Plan:
Approximately 30 days from your membership billing of $72.00 and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another fresh 1 month supply of Prorexin and your credit card on file will be billed the Member's Only price of $64.95.

By being an exclusive member of the Prorexin Membership Plan you will be entitled to discounted offers and promotions that only member's receive. There is no obligation to remain in the Prorexin Membership Plan and you may cancel your membership at anytime by contacting Customer Care.
Negative Option Clause:
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR $64.95 PER MONTH IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.
Unless you cancel before the end of your purchase period as specified above, we will ship your first supply of Prorexin at the end of your purchase period. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh supply of Prorexin each month for as long as you stay a member of our auto-ship program. The card you provided when you ordered the product will be automatically charged $64.95 plus shipping and tax (if applicable) when each new product ships. To cancel future shipments in the auto-ship program, you must call 1-435-649-4424 at least 4 days prior to the date that your next monthly delivery ships.
